How it works —

We strive to make the closing process simple for all parties, keeping communication high and paper use low.

Your title process begins in the first 24 hours of the order being received. We assign a processor to your file who will communicate with you on a regular basis throughout the process. Once documentation is received and the file is cleared, it heads to our closing/scheduling department. We do our best to accommodate all parties’ requests for closing times and locations. Once closing is completed, we will issue most policies within 7 business days and deliver them via email.

President & Co-Owner
Megan is the President & co-owner of ClearOak Settlement, LLC. She works extensively from start to finish with existing clients, realtors & lenders. Megan prides herself on the level of customer service she provides. She has been in the industry for more than 10 years and fully understands the ins & outs of the title world. She also practices in the field of real estate investment as a hobby. She currently lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and two kids.
